Art Sapp “Native son”

Captain Art Sapp of the Native Son sport fishing/charter boat is truly a native son.  As a seventh generation Floridian he has spent his entire life fishing the waters of South Florida.  With many tournament wins on his record, he has proven his ability to catch fish.  He specializes in live baiting, be it under a kite or on the bottom, for the great variety of fish that South Florida has to offer. 4reel Fishing Charter’s goal is to show each and every one of our customers an amazing and unique experience on the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys!  Our main focus is big game fishing in the Keys. Some of the fish we target on our guided trips are tuna, wahoo, marlin, sailfish, grouper, mutton snapper, yellowtail snapper, red snapper, mangrove snapper, tilefish, rosies, barracuda, and dolphin fish, also known as mahi mahi or dorado. There are many other species of fish to be caught though. Captain Ryan Wenzel aboard the “4reel” will make it a trip to remember!

To this day, Preferred Marine is still very much a family business. Recently graduating from the University of North Florida, Kody has assumed the role of managing and operating the newly formed Yacht Management division and their mom Kathy takes care of the office so the boys can do what they do best.
